Managing online refinance and portfolio retention for Bank of America Home Loans.

• Direct and initiate eCommerce marketing programs, initiatives, channel strategies and research projects.
• Work closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce strategies for physical and electronic channels and implementing new marketing approaches.
• Architect for high-visibility eCommerce product development projects, designing and implementing systesm and user acceptance tests.

Working on the transition of Countrywide Home Loans web properties and processes to Bank of America.

Just finished redesign of church website and redeployment on Joomla platform.
